I'm currently working as a Lead Game Designer on Fading Echo, a third-person action-adventure for consoles and PC.
I joined the studio at the very beginning of the concept phase.

While I can't reveal much about the game yet, my key responsibilities include:

Defining the game vision alongside the creative direction team

Defining high-level design intentions for key features

Establishing the feature development workflow with the tech and art teams to ensure smooth feature delivery

Mentoring designers to support their growth

Providing feedback and validating designs to ensure alignment with the vision and budget constraints

Designing core systems and meta-progression

Overseeing combat design

Collaborating with level designers, narrative designers, and artists to ensure the game world tells a compelling story
